Q:
Hi, I would like to clarify the below (2-130): 1) How it works under "buy 2 get 1 free"? I see the payable amount is USD856.00, how to go for room sharing as when I entered 3 adults under "lodging", the amount changed to USD882 (extra by USD26 instead of free for the third person). 2) Can amendments been made once the booking is done and paid? For example, change of travel date, and to extend staying etc. 3) Is the package cover only hotels & transportation? Any attractions that required to pay entrance fees etc i.e. Grand Canyan? What are the fees/ expenses that is not cover under the package. 4) What's the use of the point earned? Thanks!

Dear Customer,

If you wish to start from Las Vegas, we suggest taking the following tour instead:

https://www.tours4fun.com/3-day-las-vegas-grand-canyon-tour.html

This tour is a packaged deal. We do not provide a discount for any portion of the tour you do not use.

The tour package price is only inclusive of bus transportation and hotel accommodations.

Unfortunately, we do not offer an upgrade for a different hotel on this tour.

Meals are arranged by your tour guide while on tour, at various restaurants, buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants. The meals will be paid for by the guests at their own expense.

Most locations offer vegetarian options; however, we cannot confirm or guarantee that.

Best Regards,
Edgar

This tour does require a bit of walking since you will be sightseeing many different national parks. The tour guide will have rest breaks in between so travelers can take pictures or roam around on their own for a bit and at that time you may rest before visiting the next attraction.

Please refer to the policy for the following tour:

Passengers must be able to enter and exit the bus on their own or with the help of a designated caretaker. To participate in sightseeing inclusions, they will frequently be required to walk stretches individually. They must find their way back to assigned meeting points at given times. The tour provider cannot be held liable for any denial of services by carriers, hotels, restaurants, or other independent suppliers. Passengers with disabilities must be accompanied by a companion capable of providing all assistance needed, and may not require special assistance from the tour personnel. Most transportation services, including the touring motorcoach, are not equipped with wheelchair ramps.  If they are on a wheelchair, it must be a foldable one that can be stored away. In general properties have facilities for wheel chairs and also in some cases Roll-in showers and we will do our best to accommodate the special needs of disabled travelers, but ATI is not responsible in the event it is unable to do so.  Neither tour personnel nor its suppliers may physically lift or assist passengers onto transportation vehicles.

We hope that this has answered your question.

Dear Customer,

The price of $338 is per person, as long as there are two people traveling in the same room.

The reservation price covers your bus transportation and the hotel accommodations.

You have a choice of paying for your admission ticket into Universal Studios (which is the attributes price).

You have the option of not puchasing the ticket, but you would not be given transportation to Universal Studios. It would be a free day on your own.

Please review the pricing tab for what the package includes and excludes:

https://www.tours4fun.com/5-day-grand-canyon-and-universal-studios-tour-with-lax-airport-transfer.html#pid-5425/tab-pricing/

On the last day, the transportation to LAX is free after the visit to Universal Studios. There is only one transfer to LAX.

If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m.

Best Regards,

Tabatha
